Dog is Houdini reiencarnated. Please Help.?

My dog is an escaping artist. She is a GREAT dog. Even if, I am beinging to mediate that she is possesed by Aggravate Houdini. My spouse and I made her a "doggie condo" to stay in while we are at work. She has door to our garage which is to the top with doggy toys and had a 20 foot open-air dog run accessed by a dog door off the garage. The fence nearly the dog run is 6 foot tall.

Now Stella ( Houdini' s dog name) is actully pulling herself up and a jumping the 6 foot fence. The neighbors of way do not appreciate her running loose.

Before to you mediate, please know we have given her "educational toys" set up a treat "hide and seek" , touchtone phone system on. She gets two walks each day along with hours of play with we get home. We also take her to obedience and "doggy daycare" ( a no cage all play enviroment) once a week (very $$).
We cannot use a gripping fence as she has been horrifically abused by one in the past (before evil owners).

You can sow bushes or plants along the wall on the surrounded by so she cannot get to it to climb. We sow cacti (I live in Phx) and my dog doesn't really go near it, if not he escapes each additional circumstances, counting permanent on his legs and notch door handles :)
