Can someone help with diction for a girl scout/apl visit to a community tending home?

I'm looking for someone who is creative at writing. Our visit is to bring some dogs from the community shelter to visit the residents of a community tending home. My girl scout troop has made 50 stuffed animals to pass out (Cats, dogs & birds) and we want to contain an Adoption certificate with the stuffed animal. Can anyone reflect of a creative poem or some diction to contain. We thought we would place ADOPTION CERTIFICATE at the top and then a interval for the tending home resident to name their pet with that I'm out of thoughts. Please, we may maybe really use your help with this. Thank you in enhancement!!!!

With eyes huge and bright.
I'm here to be with you
As you hold me owing to the night

Looking at you once
Brings a smile on my face
Even if you may not feel it
You cause my heart to race

Costs all this time with you
Has made me reflect
All owing to this time together
