Where do I buy stuffed animals (and additional arts and crafts bits and pieces) at indiscriminate prices?

My mom has a home-bussiness building artificial flower preparations and stuffed animal preparations, and I'm tiresome to find somewhere she can buy her equipment for a cheaper fee. For example, aptly now she's building Christmas Wreaths and we had to go buy them at Michael's for 5 bucks. We took benefit of the Black Tuesday Sales and were able to buy them for nearly 2bucks with coupons and everything. The business is, I'm sure Michael's is subdue building a profit off of the wreaths even selling them for 2bucks, so where do THEY buy them? The same with the Teddy bears...even even if we shop with Valentines or mother's day when the bears are ordinarily half off, they're subdue high-priced!! So, my question is, does any self know where I can buy these bits and pieces at a indiscriminate fee??? Obviously I'd have to buy hundreds, but I reflect we would do it, since my mom uses so many right through the year. I appreciate the help.
