how to be an animal creulty detective?

I like animals, i want to help them and bring these broadcast to justice and with a bit of luck they will get the much needed help that they need. i despise considering these animals hurt, broken, and of poorer quality, i want to help them please tell me what is essential to be an animal cruelty detective.

1. is there an ASPCA or something simular to it in northern chicago or southern wisconsin?

2. do you need the high classes culture?

3. do they give training?

any additional equipment you reflect i must know would be splendid.

i know ASPCA running off of donations and stuff and i know the pay isn't excellent *so i've heard* but thats ok with me. also no i dont want to be a police detective i want to be animal cruelty detective.
