stuffed animal gift card holders

Last year my sister-in-law gave me a tin with a gift card in it that looked like these: www.giftcardtin.com. Does anyone know where to buy these? That site only does large scale instructions, and I've looked the world over online =( I by now have the gift cards, I just need the boxes.

If no one knows where to get those, do you know of any additional gift card holder alternative? I want to be able to wrap it, so the stuffed animal holder's aren't as well-located.
