I need to find out what anime this bunny is from!!!! HELP?

I have a poodle puppy who is EXTREMELY emotionally caught up to this bunny stuffed animal that I got at an anime caucus forever ago! Im worried that if i wash it one more time its inane to fall away from each additional and I was wondering if anyone knew what anime it was from cause I want to order a new one.

It has taken a beating and ive had to sew up holes many era. Also my puppy ripped the eyes off!

If you have any thought at all where i may maybe find one, it would be of splendid help. (my puppy gets nervous and wont take a nap without it, so i need a new one quick!)
