The apprentice council desires to buy some stuffed animals to give to family tree at the community sickbay. Stuffed bears cost $6 each and stuffed dogs each cost $4 from a indiscriminate catalog. The apprentice council desires to spend no more than $170 but at least $80 on the toys.
a. Let x represent the digit of bears and y represent the digit of dogs. Enter two inequalities that represent the two amounts the council desires to spend. Give reasons for what each part of the inequalities earnings.
b. Find one key for this conundrum. Give reasons for how you establish the key. What is the total cost for this key?
Okay, you have to make an inequality. They want two, aptly? So you take the two equipment they want. (Less than 170 but more than 80)
So the inequality(ies) would be
6x + 4x (less than or copy to) 170
and
6x + 4x (superior than or copy to) 80
to give reasons for, the initially one earnings that you can buy x-amount of bears and x amount of dogs for less than $170. The following one earnings that you can buy x-amount of bears and x amount of dogs for more than $80.
I'm not sure about the following part of the conundrum, but I hope I helped.
