Can I own a sea otter?

I saw an episode of South Park where in the prospect Sea Otters were able to talk and fire weapons and stuff like that and it made me want to own one...so can a sea otter be a domestic animal? If it desires to swim can't it just lay in my bathtub?

Have I over done it for my two year ancient on christmas?

I have a two year ancient daughter that i spoil rotten....her birthday is dec 21 and we have gotten her like 15 equipment and for christmas like 20 and not tiny equipment any like,we bought a bounce household, elmo live, art easel, a 140$ kids kitchen from toy's r us plus all of the accessories (cart, princess table, cups,fake fruit etc. huge stuffed animals, puzzles, affect sorters, smart cycle, bean bag, play household etc. We bought ALOT, but for some reason i subdue feel like i havent bought ample WHY? I have doubtless washed-out accurate to 600$ on her christmas and birthday and i cant stop we are inane to the mall the 23 to end christmas up.... She is an only outcome and im not rich i am a ma?tre d'h?tel at applebees, and im 19. Why do i feel i have to buy her so much and is it okay?
