Whats that smiley toy that you press it's hand and it giggles only it's had a full body?

Ok remember about five or so years ago there were these toys that were really ordinary that were not anything but smiley face with fleeting stuffed animals that giggled and laughed and would shake inane "ahhaaaaaa ahhhaaaa, hoahoa ahowwawa" or what ever and came in a lot of sign but the initially one was golden-haired. (Its more likely not Mr. Men because it did not have a huge head it had a full body ,had stringy tiny hair and you pressed it's hand) What is that?

I mediate it was a stuffed smiley lavish sold at Walmart.. I don't know if it had an official name or not..
I worked there when they were for sale.. The initially ones were golden-haired, and then they came in conservational, blue, red and so on..
I mediate it was made under the strain names "collectors scale" and "Dan dee".
