What do you do if you suspect someone of abusing an animal?

My girlfriends brother has a bedroom wall completely roofed with cat heads mounted on tiny plaques. My Girlfriend, nor her parents find categorically not anything incorrect with this. These are cats- not Elk or Moose...etc...even that I find repulsive, but cats? I am so disgusted- He says the cats are farrell, yet initially when he brought me into his room he gave me a tour..."this one was Ming Ming. this one was Gin Gin, and this one Ashley...So if they ARE farrell, how does he know their names? Some even have tiny small collars on them and tags. He stuffs them himself and his family tree treats it like it's the most habitual leisure activity in the world. I am uncertain. I am from Chicago and a lot of what is considered abnormal up there, seems to be the norm down here in spine-chilling central Florida, so I tend to following guess myself. Is this habitual? And if not, how can I crash it as I like my girlfriend very much.

He doubtless named each head as a joke.

Taxidermy of animals, wild or domesticated, is not illegal. He may maybe contend that he establish each animal, as combined as it sounds. I don't reflect you may maybe get him on animal cruelty charges. I reflect it'd be a waste of time to crash him, not to mention your girlfriend would doubtless become quite upset with you.
